q: If I print my own cards, where should I print them?
a: You can take them to your favorite photo lab or upload them to Kodak Gallery, Snapfish, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc. With most photo labs you have the option to pick the prints up in only an hour at your local store.
q: What if I don't have time to mail my invitations or announcements out, can you do that for me?
a: Yes! This is not a service that you can find just anywhere. If you have a busy schedule and don't have the time to stuff envelopes, address them, stamp them and get them to the post office (whew!), then I would be happy to provide that service for you, at an additional cost. All I will need from you is an address list (preferably in an excel spreadsheet). This can also be kept on file for future mailings if you would like.
q: How soon should I place my order for an upcoming event?
a: Please plan to order a month or two in advance of your event, which will allow time for me to create your design and make any changes you would like, print and mail your order, then for you to send out the invites/announcements, and have enough time for your invitees to RSVP if necessary. Depending on how many edits your project will require, the design process isn't always instant. For small orders, printing should be completed in under a week. For large orders, additional time may be required. Please plan accordingly.
q: What if I don't like the colors?
a: I can change any of the colors you would like changed. If you have a particular color scheme, let me know and I'll customize the card to suit your needs. You can even send me a photo or a link showing the colors you like and I can match the color in the photo exactly.
q: What if I don't like the fonts?
a: We'll change them to match your style. I have a list of fonts that you can pick from.
q: Can I add a quote, or change the words?
a: Not a problem!
q: I love the design, but I have more pictures that I would like to use. Can I add pictures to the design?
a: I will work with you to include as many pictures as possible.
q: How many changes can I make once I see the proof?
a: As many as it takes. We will work together to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the product.
q: Can I get matching designs for thank you cards or address labels?
a: Definitely! I love having everything coordinated, so I want you to be able to have this too!
q: What if I want a design other than what I see in your examples?
